Products

CleanScale sells digital products (prompt libraries, templates, and guides). Purchases are processed and delivered by Gumroad. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the products in your own business.

License — what you can and can't do

• You can: use the prompts and templates in your own business, edit them, and use the outputs (emails, posts, quotes) commercially without restriction.
• You can't: resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the toolkit itself, in whole or in part, whether free or paid.

Refunds

Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@getcleanscale.com or reply to your receipt within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

No professional advice

Our products provide general business templates and educational content. They are not legal, tax, employment, or financial advice. Laws vary by location — especially on hiring, contractor classification, and pricing claims — so check rules that apply to you or consult a professional.

AI outputs

Our prompts work with third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We don't control their outputs. Always review AI-generated text before sending it to clients. You are responsible for what you publish and send.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanScale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
